Tonight is the optional overnight stay for the day campers. Since we have so few this week and they are all returning campers, we are not having the parent night tomorrow. So we served the picnic hot dog supper this evening. For dessert we built a fire in the fireplace and the campers were able to make s'mores. They seemed to enjoy that.
Next week is becoming a bigger and bigger week. Parents keep calling to ask if there's room. We are excited for all the children with whom we'll be able to share the truths of God's Word next week. We pray they see staff devoted to serving the Lord and not our own selfish desires.
